You can expect these tasks and responsibilities
- Setting the business and financial goals of the branch office Croatia
- Representing, planning, organizing, monitoring, documenting of all our operations
- Operational management of the financial business including accounting, financial controlling, reporting and tax treatments. Responsibility for the financial statements of the branch office Croatia
- Initiation and management of projects in the area of finance and IT
- Risk analysis and Underwriting of small and medium enterprises loan business in Croatia including the assessment of the respective business model, creditworthiness, repayment capability and liquidity. Voting and decision making / approval process
- Implementing and controlling of the risk management and risk strategy
- Cooperation with stakeholder departments within BKS Bank in Austria
What you can inspire us with
- Completed academic business studies and ideally additional training in accounting, controlling, regulatory reporting, risk management and analyses. Profound risk management and accounting knowledge
- 3 years of professional experience in a comparable B-1 position in a larger bank in risk management and risk analysis
- High moral and legal standards. Proven people management skills. You enjoy leading a team and developing it further. You see yourself as a dynamic leader with a proactive character and very high self-motivation
- You impress with a very high level of technical expertise, also enjoy working operationally and are a competent contact person for your employees
- Speak and write fluent English and ideally German too. You are willing to relocate to greater Rijeka.
